Terms of Use

1The agreement

IQUIT.GG is operated by Boop Go, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the app or this site you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 13 to use IQUIT.GG. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and approve any purchase.

2What the service is not

IQUIT.GG is not medical care, therapy, or treatment for any condition. If you need help beyond what the app offers, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Game names are trademarks of their owners.

3Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person; do not make a new one to get around a block or suspension.

4Memberships

• Memberships are bought through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and any free trial converts to a paid membership the same way.
• Cancel in your Apple Account settings on iOS or under Subscriptions in the Play Store. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel.
• A lifetime membership is a one time purchase and does not renew.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. Any refund right your local law gives you still applies.

5How you behave here

• No harassment, hate, or threats.
• No sexual content involving minors, and none sent to anybody who did not ask for it.
• No spam, scams, or selling.
• No impersonating anyone, or posting someone else's private information.
• No scraping, probing, or working around blocks, limits, or the paywall.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can block and report any person or post in the app, or write to support@iquit.gg. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6What you write

What you post stays yours. You let us store and show it to the people you posted it to, only to run the service, until you delete it or your account. You confirm you have the right to post it.

7Ending it

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms.

8Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without any promise of a particular result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last twelve months or 25 US dollars, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that the law does not let us limit.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Consumers in the EEA and the UK keep the protection of their local law and may bring claims there.

This agreement is with Boop Go, Inc. only, not Apple or Google, and neither is responsible for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

10Changes and contact

If we make a material change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions go to support@iquit.gg.
